Returns & Exchanges Policy – Glossier

At Glossier, we want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how our returns and exchanges process works.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return or exchange.

  • You must request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used cosmetic products, unless they are faulty.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately at support@glossier.com with your order details and photos of the item.

  • Once verified, we will arrange an exchange or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs.

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our customer care team at support@glossier.com within 14 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number and details of the product(s) you wish to return or exchange.

  3. Our team will provide you with return instructions and the return address.

  4. Once your item has been received and inspected, we will process the refund or ship the replacement product.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels.

Processing Time

  • Refunds or exchanges are processed within 7–10 working days after receiving and inspecting your return.

  • Refunds will always be issued to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards and promotional items are non-returnable.

  • Clearance or discounted products may only be exchanged if faulty.
